LYSON AND BOWHAUS ENTER INTO NEW MARKETING AGREEMENT

Establishes New Alliance to Develop Digital Black and White Printing Solutions, Licenses Lyson to Market BowHaus' Printmaking Software as Part of New Daylight Darkroom™ System

LOS ANGELES, CA and ELK GROVE, IL (April 12, 2004)
BowHaus, Inc, a leading provider of high end digital imaging services and software to professional photographers, designers, and fine artists, today announced that it reached an agreement with Lyson, Inc., a leading provider of inks, media, and related products to the printing, photography, graphic arts, and other allied industries, to provide the latest version of BowHaus' printmaking software as part of Lyson's revolutionary Daylight Darkroom digital black and white printing solution.

BowHaus' printmaking software has gained increasing support as a standalone application that frees black and white printmakers from "canned" profiles or RGB profiles. The software has been developed for quality-focused black and white photographers and printmakers who understand the need for full control over the printer and media they employ.

"Our alliance with Lyson is a natural one, as both Lyson and BowHaus have been at the leading edge of digital imaging," says Charles James, president of BowHaus, Inc. "Lyson developed the first archival inks for digital printing, and have continued to be an innovator in the development of inks and media for the fine art and professional photography market. BowHaus was one of the first "digital-only" imaging service companies in the country, and are now on the frontlines of printmaking software development, so we share with Lyson what it means to be a company driven by innovation."

"Lyson is delighted to be licensed to sell the BowHaus software as a central part of the Daylight Darkroom solution, and looks forward to working with them in continuing to push the envelope in digital black and white imaging," says Tony Martin, president of Lyson, Inc.

The original release of Daylight Darkroom will feature the printmaking application for Mac OS X supporting the Epson 2200 and 7600, as well as most common six color Epson models. Future releases supporting Windows and other printer technologies are planned.
